How can I get a brochure?

Are your products certified Kosher?

Yes, all of our products are certified Kosher Dairy. Click here for a copy of our Kosher Certificate. 

Is allergen information available on your products?

All of our ingredient labels have a CONTAINS statement listing out all allergens specific to that product. However, our facility has common allergens of MILK, WHEAT, SOY, AND EGG that are in all of our products. Additionally all products are processed on equipment that also processes peanuts and tree nuts. If you have specific allergen questions please contact us at 781-396-8384 so that we may assist you further.

What is the shelf life of your products?

The frozen shelf life of our products is 12-months from the date of manufacture. Once our products are defrosted, they have a 5-7 day refrigerated shelf life.

I bought your product, now what?

For maximum quality, we recommend that all products should be kept frozen until ready for use. It is best to slice the products while they are semi-frozen or chilled. Be sure to keep any unused portions wrapped or left in packaging and keep frozen or refrigerated.
